Friday February 29th - 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Beginning February 29th, experience a Preview to WILDFEST with the introduction of a fabulous ice castle in Town Square. WILDFEST is a non profit festival benefiting all Alaskans through an annual winter festival filled with sporting events, entertainment, activities, art, family fun and more. The festival is free to public and is a gift from the WILDFEST sponsors. For a taste of what’s to come next year with the full festival, you are invited to come to Town Square between Friday, Feb. 29th and Sunday, March 2nd to check out the WILDFEST Ice Castle. Take stairs up to the top of the Castle and slide down from the turrets on either side.
